3 faces (2020)
This piece is a charcoal and graphite drawing of 1 face but 3 sides, but the images of the faces have no ears and a black bar covers the eyes. The black bar over the woman’s eyes is meant to appear as a mask or a shield to hide her an identity. This work is aimed to create a conversation regarding the female gaze as well as discussion on cyber security and surveillance.
