Both _God of the Forest_and _Women Dream_were created at a time when the feeling of isolation and darkness (physical and metaphorical) was strong and present, my art became a place of refuge, a place to feel safe and on the other hand gave me an opportunity to push against negative feelings and fears.
Although the fantasy world I created is not necessarily optimistic or happy it gave me a sense that it is a place that I master the narrative and can bring the story to a conclusion that has some hope for a happy ending.
